I would have never in a million years thought that eating clean, kegel exercises and deep breathing would help me in orgasming. No way. What about regular excersizing? Does it have to just be kegels? I’m a gym buff and i’ve been thinking about eating healthy again and now I really am going to eat healthy again knowing I’ll have bigger and better orgasms.
